Salts

As surprising as it may sound, mineral rich sea salts are an essential component of well seasoned food and nutritional health. Salt when properly used in food preparation releases the flavors of food and needent make your food taste “salty”. Sea salts generally are not heavily processed unlike traditionally used table salt and contain iodine, fluorine, magnesium and potassium with a much lower percentage of sodium chloride than regular table salt.
