Honey Sweetened Granola With Walnuts, Pepitas, Suflower Seeds And Dried Cranberries

A very easy recipe to make granola at home. You control the sweetness, fat and ingredients just by following this basic method. This version is hi in protein with all the seeds and nuts and it's just delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Chinese 5 Spice Powder
  • 1/3 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1/2 cup local honey

Directions

preheat oven to 350
In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients except cranberries. In a liquid measuring cup, combine liquids and pour into bowl, stirring to combine all ingredients. Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. Stir and return to oven for another 7-10 minutes or until crispy, but be careful not to burn.

Let cool, add dried cranberries and store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
